Continue to Auschwitz – former Nazi camp, now a memorial museum set up there after the war, a
grim destination for hundreds of thousands visitors ( 1,5 million each year ) who want to pay
homage to those who died there.

Auschwitz – Birkenau Museum
After breakfast sightseeing of Zakopane – lively resort and the best-known mountainous town
located in a valley surrounded by the impressive Tatra mountains and the tiny hillside village.
Zakopane is called Poland’s winter capital attracting tourist but also artists due to its unique
folklore and specific wooden architecture. Walk along famous Krupowki Street and old part of the
town with wooden houses in Zakopane’s architecture style, funicular train ride to Gubalowka Hill
to admire the panorama of Tatras, visit Wooden Church and Old Cemetery and flea market
Depart for Krakow , on the way – raft trip on Dunajec River – an unique experience in Europe : a
trip down a mountain river on a wooden boat through breathtaking Dunajec River Gorge and
Pieniny Mountains
